Shipping policy

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from shipping time.   Processing time varies between 2-5 business days.  We will ship as soon as possible!!!! 

 HIGH DEMAND ITEMS OR BACK FILL/OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS WILL TAKE LONGER PROCESSING TIME.

Shipping time is varies from 3-10 business days after processing. 

For ALL shipping methods offered on our website, there is no guarantee of exact shipping delivery day/ time. Additionally, regardless of what the shipping "estimated delivery date/ time" indicates USPS has asked their partners to let the customer know this is just an estimate. As a result, no refunds will be issued to customers who use the PRE-SHIPMENT shipping option if the reason for their refund request is due to the date of their event or when the product is needed is missed as we cannot control the USPS, UPS, nor FedEx delays due to COVID-19, any other natural disaster as well as anything outside of our control here at Pleasure Her Too, LLC.
